Refund policy

Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the product, billing cycle, resource consumption, and any provider or setup costs already incurred.
Non-refundable items
Domain registrations, licenses, dedicated hardware, custom work, abuse-related suspension, and consumed usage may be non-refundable.
How to request
Open a billing ticket with the invoice number and reason for the request. Do not initiate duplicate payment disputes while a refund request is under review.
Processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider settlement times are outside Cybroxa control.
